1 ) Summary of business activities for the periods of Sept. 2005-Aug. 2006
The annual sales amount has reached JPY5, 300 million, which is over 10 % drop compared to the last year.

However, we keep our profit at the same level as last year by reduction of costs and improving our profit rate. This drop can be explained by the effect of high fuel prices, which is observed all over the World, and economic recession in some our markets, such as New Zealand and others. So the sales were surely lower at these markets, but we do have some sales growth in other markets to sustain our sales amount and profit.

2) Organization
Due to the sales growth in Russian and Central Asian market, we assigned our responsibilities to each market as follows.
Yoshiharu Warashina, CEO - sales to Oceania, South-East Asia and Caribbean.
Katsufumi Abe, Director - sales to South-East Asia and Europe.
Masahiko Samata, Sales Manager - sales to local market, South-East Asia (mainly commercial vehicles and machinery).
Atsushi Itoh, Sales Manager - sales to Russia and Central Asian countries.
3) New Product and sourcing
In 2006 we achieved three things.

1. Import of brand new pick up truck from Thailand to Japan;
2. Export of brand new pick up truck from Thailand to overseas;
3. Export of Chinese commercial vehicles to overseas;
4. Export of Singapore used cars and SUV to overseas (expanding the volume).

So we have been expanding our business contacts in order to source not only from Japan but also from other possible markets.
